Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk is an integral part of the accounting department and will report to the Accounting Manager. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for all accounts payable date entry.
Essential Job Functions
· Credit card reconciliations
· Maintaining company shared documents
· Review vendor invoicing processes, ensure timely payment to all vendors and resolve any issues.
· Run weekly check process
· Run weekly disbursements
· Assist in annual audits
· Support the implementation and maintenance of systems, policies, and procedures.
- General office and admin duties
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have an AA or higher in accounting preferred.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
