Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual? We're looking for a Inbound Call Center Representative to handle all post order inquiries from customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. This role is not remote. salary: $16.35 - $16.36 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The Inbound Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all post-order inquiries from customers.

Responsibilities include:

-Answering incoming calls with a pleasant demeanor

-Looking up orders and provide tracking information

-Validate order details

-Process returns and send out return labels

-Process replacement items

-Handle all order related questions
