How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of prioritized innovation projects in areas such as media development, cell line engineering, and high-throughput screening.
Draft experimental study plans under the mentorship of a senior scientist to define objectives, methods, and success criteria.
Conduct laboratory experiments using established protocols, detailing procedures and data in accordance with good scientific practices.
Analyze and interpret experimental results; summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
Share interim and final project results with the scientific team and collaborators via slide decks and verbal updates.
Contribute to scientific discussions in project and team meetings by asking questions, offering insights, and incorporating feedback.
Support related R&D efforts by assisting in small-scale experiments or side projects led by other scientists.
Participate in weekly check-ins and site events to integrate with the broader team and develop communication and collaboration skills.
Internship starts May 11th or June 15th, 2026, lasting 10-12 weeks based on student schedules.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Human Resources internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $38.50 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here?
Undergraduate, upperclassmen, or Master's student completing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field between December 2026 and June 2027.
0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position Intern II based inNew York is $14.75-$55.00.
