Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative for Amazon/Wayfair, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers. Adhere to performance metrics and contribute to team goals to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle high volumes of calls or messages while maintaining professionalism. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and company policies. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a related field. Experience with remote work and digital communication tools is a plus. Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling options. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
