About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the CEO of their senior living community. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and influential manager, responsible for leading and motivating all members of the organization. This role involves overseeing all operations, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace, engaging with residents, families, and team members, and upholding the company's operational standards. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's senior living community should have a passion for working with seniors and be a Licensed Administrator in the respective state. Prior experience as an Executive Director or Administrator is preferred, along with a background in managing a team of at least 10 individuals. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing operating expenses, and experience in sales or business development is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include direct oversight of hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as managing the community's financials and regulatory compliance.
