About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Senior Living Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the community, with a strong focus on leading all aspects of operations, revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. This role requires the creation of a resident, family, and associate-centric culture, as well as the development and execution of business strategies to meet operational and financial targets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing regulatory compliance, ensuring quality standards, and leading the sales and marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a college degree, with a preference for those with prior leadership experience in the healthcare industry. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing operating expenses, and previous experience in sales or business development is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a team, and proficiency in computer skills. Physical abilities include the capacity to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as the ability to use proper body mechanics when supporting residents. The Executive Director will be expected to have a hands-on approach, including occasional weekend coverage as the Manager on Duty.
