Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Order Pickers with 2–4 years of recent cherry picker operation experience to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and safe operation of powered equipment. The role involves order fulfillment using standing cherry pickers , following paper-based pick tickets, and handling product at varying heights and quantities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a standing cherry picker to select orders according to paper tickets.
• Accurately identify product locations, SKU IDs, and lot numbers to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Pick a variety of orders — individual pieces, full cartons, and full skids .
• Retrieve products from racking systems up to six levels high and place them onto pallets on the picker.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures .
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Participate in internal certification and training for equipment use (outside certifications are not accepted).
