Volt is immediately hiring a Hardware Engineer in La Vergne, Tennessee 37086

As a Hardware Engineer , you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and customer support to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Lead hardware engineering teams to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze failures and work closely with R&D to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee and guide the transition of products from development into full-scale production.
• Review test data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Provide direction for troubleshooting and repair activities to maintain product quality.
• Apply expertise in server, storage, and PC hardware architecture to support design and development efforts.
• Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication.
• Utilize oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools to debug hardware issues.
• Experience in circuit board design is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee 37086

Duration: 6 Months contract

Shift Timing: 1st shift

Pay Range:? $36.00/hr. - $38.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
