Jonathan Phillips - State Farm Agency, an award-winning agency located in Smyrna, GA, is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join their dedicated team. The agency is committed to fulfilling the needs of its customers and creating success for its team members. This position offers valuable first-hand experience working in an agent's office and provides an opportunity to explore becoming a State Farm agent in the future.

About the Role:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional you will build and develop customer relationships while promoting State Farm products including auto, home, life, and health insurance. The agency offers a highly rewarding commission structure designed to fairly compensate hard work and success. This plan provides excellent earning potential, allowing motivated sales professionals to significantly increase their income based on their performance

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

  • Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus

  • $1,000 signing bonus if licensed in P&C before start date OR $2,000 signing bonus if fully licensed in both P&C and L&H before start date

Requirements:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
