• Receive and process medical claims from healthcare providers or patients, ensuring proper documentation is included
• Vet claims against program-specific business rules to determine payment eligibility
• Provide customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax
• Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to management
• Work a structured schedule of 40 hours per week under moderate supervision

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in medical claims processing is required
• Medical Billing Certification is required
• Coding Certification is required
• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and be HIPAA certified

• Customer service experience is preferred
• Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
