\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool position. The RN will be required to float among various departments, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Oncology/Surgical Med/Surg units, and ER holds. As this is a true float role, candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of settings.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide nursing care across multiple units, including Progressive Care, Medical, Oncology, Surgical, and Emergency Departments.
\n
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
\n
• Dysrhythmia testing certification.
\n
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) preferred.
\n
