\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Indiana or compact state\n
• BLS & ACLS certifications required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
• Clinical experience with Ortho, Neuro, Cysto, General, and Trauma cases\n
• TNCC certification preferred\n
• Strong communication skills; calm and adaptable personality\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in a busy operating room environment\n
• Participate in rotating evening calls (1-2 per week, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and 24-hour weekend calls (2-3 per schedule)\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary surgical team including charge nurses, CSTs, CFAs, and orderlies\n
• Assist with a range of procedures: Orthopedic, General, Cardio-thoracic, Podiatry, GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Plastics\n
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech EMR\n
• Follow hospital policies and dress code (OR scrubs provided)\n
